You enter each session once; the next-session card, countdown, agenda, speakers and replay library follow on their own, in each visitor's time zone. It works on every HubSpot plan, no HubDB required. ## 1. Install and set the theme 1. Install the theme from the HubSpot Template Marketplace. 2. Go to **Content \> Website pages \> Create**, pick **Airdate Webinar** as your theme. 3. Open the theme settings (**Edit theme**) to set your colors, fonts and button style. The **Live accent** color drives the "live" dot and live buttons. ## 2. Enter your sessions once Open any Airdate page in the editor and click the **Airdate sessions** note at the bottom of the page, then **Open in global content editor**. This single module feeds every page of the site. - **Sessions**: title, start date and time, duration, category, series (optional), speaker, summary, registration link and replay video link. - **Session page** and **Replay page**: the full links of the pages you built with the *Webinar session* and *Webinar replay* templates. Agenda and replay buttons open them for the right session. Not built yet? Create them with step 3, then come back and paste their links. - **Live room link**: where attendees join while a session is live (Zoom, Demio, Livestorm, Teams...). - **Date and time language**: keep "Same as the page" unless your blog uses another language than your sessions. ### Several series on one site Run product demos and customer webinars from the same list: type a name in the **Series** field of each session (sessions left empty belong to the **Main series name**). Then, in any Airdate block (next session, agenda, replay library, speakers, promo card, next-date headline), type that name in its **Series** field to show only those sessions. Leave it empty to show every session. The session and replay pages are shared by all series. Past sessions move to the replay library automatically. Add the replay video link after the live: YouTube, Vimeo, Loom, Wistia or an MP4 file all play on the replay page. ## 3. Build your pages - **Webinar series home**: hero with the next session and registration form, agenda, why attend, replays, speakers, testimonial, FAQ. - **Webinar session**: one page for all sessions. It shows the session opened from the agenda (link parameter `?session=`), else the next one. - **Webinar replay**: plays the replay opened from the library, with more replays below. Optional email gate before playing. - **Webinar on-demand library**, **Webinar speakers**, **Webinar registration thank-you**, **Webinar landing page (no navigation)**, **Contact**, **Text content page**. - Blog listing and blog post templates, with a "next session" promo inside every post. ## 4. Forms Pick your HubSpot form in the **Registration form** field of the **Airdate: Next session** module. Forms from the new form editor are supported. To record which session each contact registered for, create a contact property once (Settings \> Properties \> Create property: object Contact, field type Single-line text, internal name `airdate_session`), then add it to your form as a hidden field. The theme fills it automatically. In the same **Registration form** field, choose to redirect to another page and pick the page built with the *Webinar registration thank-you* template: it shows calendar buttons for the session just booked. ### Contacts who register for several sessions `airdate_session` holds the latest session a contact registered for: a new registration replaces the previous value. Every form submission still keeps its own value on the contact's timeline. If your reminders are sent by a workflow, make it act at the moment of the submission (for example, add the contact to a static list for that session, based on `airdate_session`), rather than reading the property days later. ## 5. Menu anchors The agenda, replays, speakers and FAQ blocks have anchor IDs (`#sessions`, `#replays`, `#speakers`, `#faq`), editable in each module. Point your menu items to them: in Settings \> Content \> Navigation menus, add links such as `/your-home-page#sessions`, then pick that menu in the header (click the header in the page editor, then **Open in global content editor**). ## 6. Good to know - Everything time-related is computed in the visitor's browser, so cached pages always show the right status and countdown. - The email gate on replays is a soft gate: the video link stays in the page code. Do not use it for confidential content. - All blocks are accessible (keyboard, contrast) and the FAQ adds FAQ structured data for search engines. - Upcoming sessions get schema.org Event data, so search engines can show their dates. You can turn it off in **Airdate: Sessions**. - On the session and replay pages, the browser tab title and description follow the session.
