# Airdate Lite: setup guide

Airdate Lite is a free HubSpot theme for a recurring webinar series. You enter each session once; the next-session card, countdown, agenda and replays follow on their own, in each visitor's time zone. It works on every HubSpot plan, no HubDB required.

## 1. Install and set the theme

1. Install Airdate Lite from the HubSpot Template Marketplace.
2. Go to **Content \> Website pages \> Create** (or Landing pages) and pick **Airdate Lite**.
3. Open the theme settings (**Edit theme**) to set your colors, fonts, buttons and forms. The **Live accent** color is used while a session is live.

## 2. Enter your sessions once

Open any Airdate Lite page in the editor, click the **Lite sessions** note at the bottom of the page, then **Open in global content editor**. This one module feeds every page of the site.

- **Sessions**: title, start date and time, duration, speaker, summary and replay video link.
- **Series name**: shown in calendar invites and in the value recorded with each registration.
- **Live room link**: where attendees join while a session is live (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams...).
- **Replay page**: the page you built with the *Webinar replay* template. Agenda replay links open it for the right session.

Past sessions move under the upcoming ones on their own. Add the replay link after the live: YouTube, Vimeo, Loom or an .mp4 file plays on the replay page.

## 3. Build your pages

- **Webinar series home**: intro next to the next session (countdown and registration form), agenda, host, FAQ and a call to action.
- **Webinar replay**: one page for every replay. It plays the session opened from the agenda (link parameter `?session=`), else the latest replay.
- **Webinar registration thank-you**: confirms the session and offers "Add to Google Calendar" and ".ics" buttons.
- **Blog listing** and **Blog post**, for notes and follow-ups after each session.
- Styled system pages: 404, 500, password prompt, search results and email subscription pages.

Seven drag-and-drop sections (hero with next session, agenda, host, FAQ, call to action, replay, confirmation) let you rebuild or extend any page.

## 4. Registration form

Pick your HubSpot form in the **Lite: Next session** module. Forms from the new form editor are supported. To record which session each contact registered for, add a hidden single-line property named `webinar_session` to your form: the theme fills it automatically. A new registration replaces the previous value, so if a workflow sends reminders, have it act right at submission.

Set the form to redirect to your thank-you page to show the calendar buttons.

## 5. Header, footer and menus

The header shows your logo (from your brand kit), a menu and a button. Pick the menu in the **Lite: Menu** module, or create one in **Settings \> Content \> Navigation**. The footer is a drag-and-drop area. The home page sections have the anchors `#agenda` and `#register` for your menu links.

## 6. Good to know

- Everything time-related is computed in the visitor's browser, so cached pages always show the right status and countdown.
- The FAQ adds FAQ structured data for search engines (can be turned off in the module).
- All blocks work with a keyboard and meet WCAG AA contrast with the default colors.
