    Students

    In their words

    • I already used spreadsheets every day. The SQL weeks changed how I work: I now pull my own numbers instead of waiting two days for them.

Sofia Marin Data analyst, now at a logistics company Data Analysis with SQL and Python, 2026
    • Day three, we tested our prototype with real participants. It was uncomfortable and it was the most useful day of the week.

Tomasz Nowak Product designer, Berlin UX Research in Practice, 2025
    • I came for the frameworks and stayed for the other managers in my group. Eight of us still meet once a month.

Grace Adeyemi Engineering manager, Toronto New Manager Programme, 2025

    Questions

    Before you enrol

Still unsure? Write to an advisor: we answer within one working day.

    Enrolment and funding

    How do I enrol?

Pick a date on the programme page and fill in the application form. An advisor calls you within one working day to check the programme fits. You then confirm your seat with a deposit.

Can my employer pay for the programme?

Yes. Most of our students are funded by their employer. We can send an invoice, accept a purchase order, and give you a syllabus and a training agreement for your manager.

Ask your advisor for the employer pack.

    Can I get a refund?

You get a full refund if you cancel up to 14 days before the start date. After that, we refund half the fee until the end of the first week, or move you to a later cohort at no cost.

    During the programme

How many hours a week should I plan for?

About ten hours a week for part-time programmes: two live evening classes, plus exercises in your own time. On-campus days in London, Berlin and Toronto are listed with each date.

What if I miss a class?

Every live class is recorded and posted the same evening. Watch it, do the exercise, and bring your questions to the weekly office hour. If you miss more than three classes, we can move you to the next cohort.

    Do I get a certificate?

Yes. You receive a Pellam Institute certificate when you attend at least 80% of the classes and hand in the final project. It lists the hours and the skills covered.
