One sending opens them all, for 180 days by default, and Airdate Replay Gate blocks with the same key open too. Known contacts and readers of your emails can skip it. - ### Plays in the page YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, Vimeo, Loom, Wistia, MP4 or WebM, in a window or above the library. The player loads only when the visitor clicks. - ### Upcoming, live, then the replay From each date and duration, in the visitor's time zone: **Register** and **Add to calendar**, then **Join now**, then the video, or "Replay soon". Right on cached pages too. - ### Filters you can share Topic, format, speaker and language filters, search and sort, kept in the page address, plus a direct link for each video. - ### Chapters and files Type `12:30 Pricing` and the chapter starts the video at that time. Slides and PDFs sit beside the player, behind the form when the video is. - ### Built for search Optional VideoObject and Event data for search engines, a thumbnail for each video, speakers with photo and role. The whole library is in the page without JavaScript. ## Add it to a HubSpot page 1. Once it is on the HubSpot Template Marketplace, install Airdate Video Library Pro (39 $, one payment). 2. Open a website page, landing page or blog post in the editor, and drag the module from the **Add** panel. 3. Add a row per video in **Videos**: title, date, video link and access. Choose the **Form** that opens the videos behind it. 4. Pick the filters, the player and your colors, then publish. Add the video link of each session when its recording is ready. ## Questions Does it work on HubSpot's free plan? Yes. It is a module for website pages, landing pages and blog pages, on every HubSpot plan with pages. It needs no HubDB table, no membership and no license key. Does the form protect the videos? No. It is a soft gate for collecting contacts: as with every embedded player, the video addresses are in the page, so someone who reads the page source can watch without the form. For private content, use HubSpot memberships or your video host's access settings. Do I have to update a session after it runs? No. Sessions move from "Upcoming" to "Live now" to their replay from their date and duration, in the visitor's browser. You only add the video link once the recording is ready. Which video platforms work? YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode), Vimeo (unlisted videos and live events too), Loom, Wistia, and MP4 or WebM files from the HubSpot file manager. Other links open on the video's own site. Where do the form submissions go? To HubSpot, like any submission of that form. The module only opens the videos. How is it different from the free Replay Gate and Webinar Replays? Replay Gate puts one video behind one form; Webinar Replays lists links to past replays.
