# Privacy Policy

This policy covers the personal data I handle when you buy, install or get support for a Template sold under the provider name "Emilien POINSOT" on the HubSpot Template Marketplace.

## Who is responsible

Emilien POINSOT, sole trader registered in France, SIRET 879 383 636 00021, 121B rue du Commandant Charcot, 69110 Sainte-Foy-lès-Lyon, France. Contact: [support@airdatethemes.com](mailto:support@airdatethemes.com).

## What I receive and why

Legal basis: performance of the purchase (the license and support), and my legal accounting obligations.

I do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.

## Who else sees it

- HubSpot, which runs the marketplace, and PayPal, which processes payments, under their own privacy policies.
- Cloudflare, which forwards emails sent to the support address, and Google (Gmail), where I read them.
- My accountant or the tax authorities if the law requires it.

Some of these providers may store data outside the European Union, under the safeguards they put in place (such as standard contractual clauses).

## The Templates themselves

The Templates do not set cookies and do not send data to me. Anything your visitors submit through forms on a site built with a Template goes to your own HubSpot account, never to me.

## Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it, by writing to [support@airdatethemes.com](mailto:support@airdatethemes.com). I answer within one month. Data I must keep for accounting cannot be deleted before the legal period ends.

If you think your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL ([www.cnil.fr](https://www.cnil.fr)) or the data protection authority of your country.
