Airdate Countdown: setup guide

Airdate Countdown is a free webinar countdown module. It counts down to your event, switches to "Live now" with a join button while the event runs, and shows an ended message after a one-off event. In weekly mode it always targets the next session. It works in any theme, on every HubSpot plan.

1. Install

1. Install Airdate Countdown from the HubSpot Template Marketplace into your account.
2. Open a page, landing page or blog template in the editor. The module appears in the modules panel as Airdate Countdown.
3. Drag it into any drag-and-drop area.

2. Set the schedule

• One event: under Schedule, choose One date and set Event start.
• Weekly series: choose Every week (recurring series), then set Day of the week, Start time (24h, e.g. 17:00) and Time zone of the series, written as an IANA name such as Europe/Paris or America/New_York.
• Set Duration (minutes). The module shows "Live now" from the start time until the end of that duration.

3. Buttons and texts

• Button: the registration text and link, then the text and link used while the event is live (your Zoom, Teams, YouTube or other room link).
• Eyebrow and Heading: the small label and the event title shown on the card.
• Labels: days, hours, minutes, seconds, the live badge and the text shown after the event. Translate them for sites in other languages.

4. Colors

Four color settings (background, text, accent, live) let you match your brand. Fonts come from your theme.

5. Good to know

• Dates are shown in each visitor's time zone, in the language of the page.
• Everything is computed in the browser, so cached pages stay accurate.
• The module loads no external library; its JavaScript only touches its own block.
