Enrolment and funding
How do I enrol?
Pick a date on the programme page and fill in the application form. An advisor calls you within two working days to check the programme fits. You then confirm your seat with a deposit.
Can my employer pay for the programme?
Yes. Most of our students are funded by their employer. We can send an invoice, accept a purchase order, and give you a syllabus and a training agreement for your manager.

Can I get a refund?
You get a full refund if you cancel up to 14 days before the start date. After that, we refund half the fee until the end of the first week, or move you to a later cohort at no cost.
During the programme
How many hours a week should I plan for?
About ten hours a week for part-time programmes: two live evening classes, plus exercises in your own time. On-campus days in London, Berlin and Toronto are listed with each date.
What if I miss a class?
Every live class is recorded and posted the same evening. Watch it, do the exercise, and bring your questions to the weekly office hour. If you miss more than three classes, we can move you to the next cohort.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. You receive a Pellam Institute certificate when you attend at least 80% of the classes and hand in the final project. It lists the hours and the skills covered.
