What it does
Happening now, up next
The slot on now gets a "Happening now" badge, the next one within 12 hours says "Up next", and slots that are over fade. It is checked every minute in the visitor's browser, so a page left open follows the day.
A tab per day
Up to 7 days with up to 40 slots each. The page opens on the day in progress, or else the next one. Tabs work with a click or the arrow keys, and scroll sideways on phones.
Each visitor's own time
Times are the event's local times. Visitors in another zone also see "Your time" under each slot, with the day when it changes. Days when the clocks change are handled.
Breaks and workshops stand out
Four kinds of slot: talk, workshop, break or meal, social. Breaks and social slots get a tinted row. Each slot can have a speaker, a room or track and a short description.
Times the way you write them
09:30, 9.30, 14h00 or 2:15 pm. A slot with no end time lasts until the next one starts.
Readable without JavaScript
Every day is printed in the page, so browsers without JavaScript and search engines read the whole programme. An option adds schema.org Event data through the script, off by default.
Add it to a HubSpot page
- Install Airdate Event Schedule from the HubSpot Template Marketplace (free).
- Open a website page, landing page or blog post in the editor, and drag the module from the Add panel.
- Set the Event time zone (such as
Europe/Paris), then add one row of Days with its date and its slots. - Choose whether visitors see their own time and whether past slots fade, then publish.

Questions
Can I use it in marketing emails?
No. It works in website pages, landing pages and blog pages only.
Does it work on HubSpot's free plan?
Yes. It is a regular module for website pages, landing pages and blog pages, on every HubSpot plan, free included. No extra app, no extra account and no outside script.
Which time zone are the times in?
The times you type are read in the event time zone. Visitors elsewhere see their own time under each slot. Leave the zone empty only if the programme should read the same clock time for everyone.
Nothing is highlighted during my event. Why?
Check that each day has a date, that the event time zone is the zone of the venue, and that the times are written as hours, such as 09:30 or 2:15 pm.
Can I use it for a one-day event?
Yes. With one day there are no tabs: the day's label and date sit above the slots.
Can I translate the labels?
Yes. Every word the module adds is a field, and dates and the visitor's times follow the language of the page.
Can visitors add a session to their calendar?
Not from the schedule. There is no calendar link per slot, no filter by track and no speaker photos.
Not quite this one?
